Come nurture yourself in the safety of a small, supportive group or in individual therapy sessions. You will learn to enhance your capacity for self-care and self-awareness with specific mind body skills. Recent research continues to show the dangerous effects of stress and trauma on our mental and physical health. Participate in updated and evidence-based treatments to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and chronic pain, and improve overall well-being.
Receive support for practicing self-care measures. Learn how your nervous system works and how to effectively manage it. Reduce and relieve stress, promote healing and increase resilience, mitigate your symptoms and improve sleep quality.
I have completed extensive training through The Center for Mind Body Medicine and have found mind-body approaches and techniques to be very useful in individual and group support among youth and adult populations. My positive and gentle approach and attitude allows participants to feel comfortable in accessing their own inner wisdom and positive change.
